7 Day Indian Meal Plan For Fatty Liver

A balanced diet plays an important role in managing fatty liver disease. Here is a 7-day Indian meal plan for fatty liver:

Day 1:

Day 1 meal plan for fatty liver includes a veggie omelette with whole grain toast for breakfast, mixed berries as a snack, grilled fish curry with brown rice and salad for lunch, sprouts chat in the evening, and dal with whole wheat roti and stir-fried vegetables for dinner.

Day 2:

Day 2 includes oatmeal porridge with bananas and chia seeds for breakfast, Greek yogurt with almonds as a snack, radish leaves sabji, chana masala, roti, and cucumber raita for lunch, apple slices in the evening, and grilled chicken with broccoli and brown rice for dinner.

Day 3:

Day 3 includes whole grain toast with peanut butter and poached eggs for breakfast, amla juice as a mid-morning detox, palak paneer with roti and cucumber salad for lunch, roasted chana in the evening, and stir-fried tofu with bell peppers and brown rice for dinner.

Day 4:

Day 4 includes vegetable upma with coconut chutney for breakfast, an orange as a snack, radish leaves sabji, lentil soup with brown rice, and vegetable curry for lunch, mixed nuts in the evening, and grilled fish with palak-dal and millet roti for dinner.

Day 5:

Day 5 includes moong dal chilla with mint chutney for breakfast, guava slices as a snack, vegetable pulao with cucumber raita for lunch, celery sticks with tahini in the evening, and tandoori chicken with mixed salad and whole wheat roti for dinner.

Day 6:

Day 6 includes ragi porridge with diced mango for breakfast, amla juice as a mid-morning detox, rajma with brown rice and a carrot-cucumber salad for lunch, steamed dhokla in the evening, and stir-fried mushrooms with broccoli and paneer tikka for dinner.

Day 7:

Day 7 includes whole wheat dosa with coconut chutney and sambhar for breakfast, pear slices as a snack, radish leaves sabji with brown rice and fish curry for lunch, cherry tomatoes with cottage cheese in the evening, and grilled tofu with stir-fried broccoli, zucchini, and brown rice for dinner.
