My sincere thanks to Dr Abhishek and the entire team of Lakeshore hospital. I am celebrating Christmas with my family this year because of the support from all of you. It is worth mentioning the name of Dr Maya, who introduced me and the nurses who took care of me and co-ordinators Mr Brito & Jismi.

Now it is more than four months since the transplant is done and myself and my wife ( donor) are keeping fine.

My husband P C Chacko's liver tranplant was done in 13th March 2023 by Dr Abhishek Yadav. Coming 13th March is the first Anniversary of his liver transplant.We explored many surgeons but God sent us to the talented person ever and doctor like him are rare. He helped us right from day I to successful liver transplant. He is truly professional and care my husband(recipient ) and son (donor) with all human touch. I always found doctor available to help us whether he is in hospital or outside. I don't have any words to praise for his approach and helping nature not only to patient but also to the family members. I would like to thank him and his team of doctors and nurses who came many times later and kept us positive and motivated. All these months Sir has guided and helped my husband continuously with his post transplant care. Me and family have an excellent and most cherished experience with Dr. Abhishek Yadav. My 63 yrs old mother underwent a liver transplant surgery under Abhishek sir. Before meeting sir,had heard a lot of accolades about him being the best in trade.Me and my mother experienced beyond what we had heard about him when we first met sir in his Calicut Opd. The very first meeting with him instilled a sense of confidence in my mother. He said in Hindi "aapko kuch nahi hoga" those words and the way it was said changed the entire outlook about the surgery. He comes across as a person who is super confident about the work. Abhishek sir is very patient centric doctor, who would go to any extent for his patient betterment. He has always replied to my anxious queries with same calmness and politeness. Doctor was always very soft spoken and polite with me and my family. I have even bothered him with my doubts late nights and have got a revert from him, such is his commitment and dedication towards my mother. For me and family he has played the major role in saving my mothers life. It has been nine months after the surgery, my mom has recovered well and doing great. We are fortunate and thankful to god that we go to meet sir. Our entire family owes big time to sir and would definately recommend sir incase if any of my freinds relative or family members want to undergo a Liver Transplant surgery. Dr Abhishek was my transplant surgeon. It's been two years today since transplant and have been living a normal life without any issues. No words can be enough to express my gratitude to Dr Abhishek. The care and sincerity with which he and his team took of me is highly commendable. I am blessed to have undergone this treatment from him, like God who gave me this second life.

On 20th July 2019 an Emergency surgery carried out by Abhisek Doctor to save my daughter from a serious intestine perforation and other complications, she is recovered from serious related complications. During ICU treatment Dr. Nebu also taken the best care and treatment with other team Doctors. NOw she continue with her studies and back to normal life. Thanks a lot Doctor…
